Q: What is your application process ?
A: After initial contact via phone or email we will schedule a free consultation at your convenience, with you and your pet(s). At this meeting we will discuss your specific needs, gather information about your pet’s routine and care requirements and outline how our services can fulfil these needs.
Q: Will I meet the sitter / walker ?
A: Yes
Q: Do you offer upgrade options to extend the walk / day care / boarding ?
A: Yes, we are very flexible. Our goal is to provide a superior service and meet your needs.
Q: Can I request out-of-hours sitting/walking ?
A: Yes
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We ask that you notify us by telephone to cancel any services. Please consult our terms and conditions for each service to see which cancellation policy applies.
Q: What do you do in case of emergency?
A: We first call the client to discuss the situation and best course of action. If the client cannot be reached and medical attention is required we will take the pet to the veterinary practice designated in our client information form or Goddards / Stone Lion.
Q: What security measures do you have in place ?
A: This is something that we take seriously and have a number of measures that we have put in place to protect you and your dog. We keep your details confidential. All dogs will wear a tag with the mydogwalker.co.uk phone number whist out walking with us. Everybody employed at mydogwalker.co.uk is carefully screened and experienced in animal care.
